All those organs that were in his 'lab', would be in their rightful owners' bodies.

• Otagakure and the rest of Orochimaru's hidden laboratories would not exist
  
• Jiraiya would have been the Fourth Hokage because the only reason he didn't want to be Hokage was because of Orochimaru. He instead became a wandering super spy who kept an eye on Orochimaru and Akatsuki's activities.
  
• Yamato would have been boringly normal.
  
• Danzo would not have had his upgrades. Orochimaru was responsible for his gauntlet and his eye after all. Danzo would not have the political influence that he would normally have without Shisui's Kotoamatsukami. Even if someone else were to implant it, it was Orochimaru that gave him the Hashirama cell upgrade that helped power it.
  
• Kabuto would just be a useless possibly dead orphan. The war would be boring as ******** without his Edo Tensei army though.
  
• Sasori would have one less bro.

The rest of the plot would stay relatively the same except for the above mentioned tidbit about the war. We'd just have one less arc at least. Black Zetsu and Madara were behind pretty much the whole plot. The only contribution that Orochimaru did to the plot was Kabuto. Danzo would have used less mind control and more propaganda. Obito helped wipe out the Uchiha clan and it was his fault that Naruto is the main character when he indirectly killed his parents.

Hmm-

The Third Hokage wouldn't of died so early in the series. If he were around, Pain's attack on Konoha might not of been so devastating, or might not of happened depending on how much respect Pain had for the man hailed as the "God of Shinobi." He mighta waited to attack naruto after the boy wandered away from the village.

Tsunade might either have never left Konoha, or never came back.

As the poster above said, Jiraiya looses half his reason for wandering. He'd probably of ACTUALLY preformed his role as a God-father to to Naruto.

This is assuming the other two sannin are still alive. Without their third, powerful, squad member they could of died any number of times. A likely example would be against the Salamander dude. If that had happened, Jiraiya might never of trained the Fourth, and Naruto might not exist at all. Or could of just been another casualty of the Obito's attack.

If still around, Naruto woulda never bonded with Gaara since whole end of Chuunin exam woulda been different. Gaara would still be a phycopath up till the moment the Akatsuki captured him, No one woulda cared when he died.

No Edo Tensei means no Madara revival.

I'm using the word might allot... probably cuz sixty years of interactions can change a whole lota things, and I don't got the ability to predict them all.
