It takes place 2 years in the future, I believe.
- Sasuke is detained to life in prison. He's sealed, by Naruto (at Sasuke's request), inside an impenetrable box hovering over the North Pole.
- The country-village system is disposed of. The 5 Kages, their top advisers, the Feudal lords, and a select few ninja all get together and re-draw the borders of their continent to accommodate countries that DON'T rely on their villages for military support.
- Villages are effectively re-established to foster growth through Ninshu as opposed to solely learning how to fight. Instead of valuing combat skills, people will start to value the concept of equality, progress, teamwork, and diversity.
- Hokages are replaced with parliamentary monarchs (because I can't really see a democracy working in the ninja world). Naruto doesn't become one, instead he earns himself a seat at the newly established AN (Allied Nations).
- The AN (allied nations) is created so countries can serve as checks to one another and global disputes can be settled with by representatives.
- Rock Lee opens his own, international gym called "Youth Fitness" which caters to mostly orphaned kids whose parents were killed in the war and trains them to utilize Ninshu to better themselves. Turns out kids who use Ninshu develop much faster and are all around more balanced than those who use Ninjutsu. Gai helps out, too.
- Tenten opens a weapons shop but closes it in favor of developing transportation methods such as carriages and trains. She teams up with a couple of Samurai to do this.
- Hinata keeps Neji's headband and trains Hanabi. She also instructs her on what it means to fight for your comrades and what having one means. Naruto serves as Hinata's inspiration to help mold her younger sister into someone who cares for their fellow man. As such, Hinata and Hanabi grow up to inherit the leader titles of the Hyuuga clan and carry out Naruto's promise to change it so the Branch family and Main family aren't so divided.
- Kiba becomes a Tracker Ninja, hunting down international rogue ninjas with Shino, as well as finding lost children who've lost their parents to the war.
- Ino teaches flower arranging to young children and finds that when they infuse their chakra in the style of Ninshu, they can create massive, beautiful bouquets that rapidly boosts the popularity of the Yamanaka flower shop.
- Shikamaru serves as the Konoha Monarch's aide, and also has a seat at the AN. Plans to quit and live a life of leisure in a few years once the world is set right again.
- Chouji becomes a Jounin and takes on students who have low grades and low potential and works with them, utilizing Ninshu to help them learn what individual trait they have a knack for.
- Sakura becomes the world's leading Medical Ninja and opens her own international school for healing. Also tends to the ninjas who were heavily wounded during the war and tends to their PTSD.
- Sai takes over the ANBU Root and effectively dismantles it, instead taking all who will join him on an "adventure through the world" in order to let them experience life without having to risk their lives constantly.
- Kakashi becomes the Parliamentary Monarch of Konoha, in partnership with the Feudal Lords of the Land of Fire. Also has a seat at the AN.
- All of the special Jounin, like Anko, Ibiki, Ebisu, ect. all decide to travel the world together to see what life has to offer them. Ibiki is the only one who has a seat at the AN.
- Konohamaru and his teammates become Chunnin and join a youth program where kids are taught to utilize Ninshu to better themselves and others.
- Onoki dies with a smile on his face.
- Killer Bee sleeps all the time. Probably a member of the AN, but he either doesn't show up or he's kicked out for rapping during the meetings.
- Gaara uses his sand to start digging for and building rivers around his village. Effectively re-designs the geographical placement of Suna. Also a member of the AN.
- Kankuro opens an academy for puppettering.
- Mei hits on Kakashi, but to no avail, so she tries to find a husband elsewhere, bringing Chojuro with her like a lap dog. A member of the AN.
- A is a member of the AN, and has learned to control his temper. Somewhat. Tries to get Bee to join the AN, but Bee almost always refuses the two constantly fight about it.
- Karin, Suigetsu, and Juugo are all sentenced to community service under the watchful eye of Iruka, who becomes a Jounin.
- Orochimaru is detained for life, and his laboratories dismantled. Agrees to give up the locations of his hidden labs if he's temporarily allowed out to travel the world every so often. Is accompanied by different members of the AN whenever he's released for an outing.
- Yamato also travels the world after he's acknowledged as an equal by Kakashi.
