Not to be a troll. But you guys know Sakura loves/likes Sasuke, right?

What leads to the idea that Sakura loves Naruto? She beats on him any chance given.


Can anyone explain how or why Sakura likes Naruto now?

The last time I saw you, you were really obsessed with Naruhina. Even creating a anti NaruSaku thread. Or at least I think that was you.. Whatever.

Dude, you can't tell if Sakura still LOVES Sasuke. Yes, she cares for him..like how she cares for everyone else. But she barely KNEW him. She only cares for him. Helping Naruto because she doesn't want to be useless anymore.

Obviously, everyone can tell that's for comedy relief....

No....I never EVER was obsessed with NaruHina.....I don't even like that couple, lol. Come to think of it, I don't like any Naruto couples besides ShikaxIno.

Sakura has worried and cried over Naruto. She has run to his aide in vain. She has lamented for not being able to help him enough. She has vowed that she will help Naruto bringback the boy who means so much to them both.

Yes, NaruHina is one-sided... But---no one pounce on me for this; I'm just saying. I'm not a NaruSaku to NaruHina convert; I'm a NaruSaku/SasuSaku supporter---why should Hinata just "stand aside"? By all means... if she really wants Naruto... she should try as much as she possibly might to "come out on top"... to "win".

Of course, as you said, Naruto's feelings matter too.
However, realistically speaking, it seems to me as if Naruto quite a while ago concluded that Sakura loves Sasuke and might very well have given up on the idea of ever engaging in a romance with her.

Here's another thought---again just saying: Why is it that most people will readily accept that Hinata loves Naruto only then to reject that Sakura loves Sasuke or otherwise support SasuNaru when... in truth... Sakura had more an opportunity to acquaint with and later to love Sasuke than Hinata did Naruto and was also told of things at times by Sasuke himself even prior to Naruto being told... such as about the curse mark which no one except Sakura was meant to know about?

Yes, NaruHina is one-sided... But---no one pounce on me for this; I'm just saying. I'm not a NaruSaku to NaruHina convert; I'm a NaruSaku/SasuSaku supporter---why should Hinata just "stand aside"? By all means... if she really wants Naruto... she should try as much as she possibly might to "come out on top"... to "win".

I'd say that's mainly because Sasuke KNEW about Sakura's feelings and was obviously not interested. Sakura's feelings for Sasuke were very "me" oriented, (much like Hinata's feelings for Naruto) and Sasuke didn't return them. He ignored them before finally crushing her feelings and leaving her alone, in the dark, out cold, in a park.

Hinata should stand aside because it's the mature thing to do? Naruto stood aside for Sakura and Sasuke because he wanted every possible chance for Sakura to be happy and he saw that at that time, he just wasn't on the radar. But things change, and now he is. If Naruto had stayed a puppy dog for Sakura, clinging to the hope of being with her selfishly, whether or not it was what would make her happiest, I wouldn't be a fan of NaruSaku like I am today.

When Tazuna mentioned him, Sakura quieted and looked not much better than she did the night Sasuke left Konoha. She smiled when Naruto announced that he wants to fight Sasuke "for real this time" because he wants Team 7 to laugh together again---Sasuke included.

Concerning Sasuke as a whole, Sakura appeared more affected than either Naruto or Kakashi. I'm not demeaning their own pain, but I just have to note that Sakura was much more rapidly expressive of grief and to a greater extent than either of the other two: http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/451/06/ ...

If she were honestly, totally, and completely over Sasuke or didn't care or whatever... that wouldn't have been so.

Everything is what you make it... It's near-impossible, if not impossible, to know who's right about what. But one thing's for sure: it'll be interesting to see how the series, pairings and all, plays out.

Actually, it was Naruto who's emotionally affected when Sasuke just left them, when they found him.

Did you see Naruto's face? His emotional break down in his own home, when he found Sasuke. When he just left, him and Sakura. The feeling of betrayal and hurt. Sakura's not the only one hurt.

That still doesn't mean she "loves" him. She could just miss him, like Naruto. When Sasuke left, about two chapters Naruto was still healing. Sakura wasn't, she''s the one trying to cheer him up. Not Naruto trying to cheer Sakura up.

If Sakura still loves Sasuke, she would have ran up to Sasuke and hugged him.

Let me get this straight: in supporting NaruSaku rather than SasuSaku or NaruHina Ren DISRESPECTS "Naruto"?

Although I at times may not agree with certain thoughts Ren may or may not type, the pairing is validated.

Who gets Hinata? Dunno.
Are you calling NaruHina 100% canon (thus inevitable)?
How arrogant. It isn't. No pairing at all is "inevitable".

Taking into account Naruto's failure to consider Hinata's physical state after Pein, upon returning to Konoha, I'd say that NaruHina (if it should prove true) has got a long way to go to "canon".

By the way, Ten-Ten never "sought" Lee...
She always did appear infatuated with Neji...
And Lee was, at least early on, more interested in Sakura.
