I'll link you to a Tumblr post with the appropriate info once I find it, but basically, Hanabi is kidnapped by a mysterious person, and Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Sai, and Shikamaru go on a mission to save her.
Supposedly, this guy is the mysterious person. And go ahead and judge me, but I think he is Neji back from the dead with a haircut until proven otherwise.

it cant be hamura.
hamura has horns, why would hamura wants to destroy
the world or w.e he wants, when he and hagoromo
sealed the mother because of that.

and if hes a descendant from hamura.
I guess that would make sense, but either way
it's been many years, and for the son of hamura to do this
doesn't make any sense.
