To me, the mask is just part of his character and adds mystery to him. I doubt his face is really all that special to really need to hid it but I can't imagine him without the mask. I am more interested in what Tobi looks like than Kakashi.

Pablo1989-No, because they didn't have tracksuits back than. They actually disguised themselves as samurai's or dressed as villagers, actually most were villagers. The wearing black outfits and all those stereotypes came from Kabuki.

I think that they both look pretty neat! whee Though I've only ever seen him with his mask on in the anime and manga, and only without his mask in fan-art and what not. So you never know what he looks like in the anime and manga.

As much as I want to see him without it, the mask makes him look mysterious and cool. He is also the only one who actually looks like a ninja. And we can imagine him to look as hot as we want :p
