I wouldn't say Sasuke is much of a bad guy anymore... But anyways, it's either Madara or Orochimaru.
I like those two as bad guys.
And Obito? Ugh. I hate him, but I suppose he fits the bad guy profile as well...

Orochimaru doesn't seem like a bad guy anymore either. Obito is a bad guy because his face is all ********. Madara fits the profile perfectly.
