According to naruto wiki, Izumo Kamizuki was a germaphobe. Yet I can't recall an episode unless its one of the latest ones of him being on. Can someone find this episode please?

If you click the little numbers on the wiki page, it'll tell you which databook that specific information is from. The first few databooks were translated and sold in bookstores, at least in the USA. Try your local bookstore that carries manga; I'm sure you'll be able to find it.
