Well, the universe is cyberpunk, but the characters and conflicts are all very literary-fiction. The universe is all about robot battles, but very few robot battles are shown onscreen. The main dilemma is about the main character trying to fix the mistakes she made before she dies of a rare mutagenic disease, while her best friend must rise up against child abuse.

...So yeah.
