But I figured I could chip in some advice. Couple things:

Writeordie.com is a program that forces you to write for a specific time limit or a certain amount of words. You get one "pause", generally. It helps a lot of WriMos.

Otherwise, don't panic. It won't help the creativity flow.

If you can't write because you're in class or at work or whatever, try making plot notes. I find a piece of printer paper helps a lot and doodles help me think. Not an outline, necessarily, just "character will do this. Then other character reacts".
