I'm almost at day 1's benchmark of 1,667 words, though i'm aiming a bit higher, especially if I won't have much time either tomorrow or Thursday. Might I suggest a spiral notebook or some loose leaf paper if you're out, and inspiration should strike?

I've got 1,965 words so far. I could have written more, but I thought I'd leave myself something to look forward to writing tomorrow, thus ensuring I actually DO write tomorrow. xd

As long as I reach that 1,667 per day, I'm good. I'll only write more than that in order to finish a scene. This is something new that I'm trying this year, after failing the last two years because I burned myself out halfway through... We'll see how well it works. I can always switch strategies if I have to. ninja
