I lost 1500 words two days ago due to a computer crash and failed recovery by Open Office, which kind of sent me into a spiral of depression. I intend to write 9000 words today, though, to get me to 12000. My goal is to write at least twice what is needed to win, or 100,000 words before the end of November.

I'm writing short erotic stories, though, instead of one long novel. Each of my stories is about 3000 words, so the goal is 1 finished story a day (or 3 for today).

2901 as I'm writing this. Ugh. I took two days off, which was a bad idea. Getting back to where I want to be is going to take some work. I'd like to be at about 8,000 by the end of the 4th. I don't think it's going to happen. Maybe I can work to hit 5,000?

Current Word Count: 5331, but I also haven't really done my Day 4 writing. I always get one last burst in between 11 and midnight. Trying to balance taking care of my grandparents and NaNo, means I have only one hour of really good writing a day.
