I'm over 2,000 words, finally, and it's going okay. I just have to get through the backstory before I get the main plot going. Oh, and I have to get ready for a medieval recreation event and cooking competition tomorrow, and hope I have time to write after I get home, if I'm not too exhausted. sweatdrop

I have the rest planned and have even compressed them into a self-help spreadsheet (using open-office).

I'm making good progress considering most of these words happened yesterday past 3:00pm.

I have a lot more chapters done, but I have to be diligent if I want to finish.

I'll finish my novel no matter what, even if it doesn't meet the deadline. It's too good to leave alone.
