Mmmmmmm, cake! I like cake! *approves* biggrin
This will be kind of a miserable cake. Low sugar, low fat, because If's mum can't have butter and can't do much sugar.
So I need to make an carrot cake with some apple sauce substituting oil and just skrip the sugar altogether.
Urgh.
Maybe I make a tasty rum cake for me. xd
