@Jeff: IE is not interacting well with the NDA or application forms. If you're on Internet Explorer, try switching to another browser. I suggest Firefox3.

You don't. Gifting is currently disabled. If you'd like to trade or quest items, you can check in Charities and Quests for help.

Yes, you can still apply. The slots might be full at the moment though so keep trying. As applications get processed, more slots open up.
As for time-frame, it takes as long as it takes. mrgreen Depends on how busy The-Powers-That-Be are and how many applications are in line before yours. Patience is most definitely a key factor. In the meantime, just report violations in the forums and be the best good citizen you can be. |

ALL messages that ask for your password should be reported. Gaia Staff will never ever ask for your e-mail or your password and you should never share this information with anybody, not even your friends.
