no, no, i was not saying YOU were a glitch, i was saying the arena glitched on you. that is was not your fault. i got my info about you from someone else, so perhaps my source was wrong about you not showing up, but i checked on the third place winner and his was definitely not showing up.

the arena does glitch from time to time. people get cheated by having their entry duplicated and so their votes get devided unevenly between the two as people can vote on one but not the other.

not showing up has not happened in about two years tho, that anyone knows of.

i am sorry i hurt you, i didnot mean to. you were NOT a glitch, you did deserve the win.


I understand and thank you for clearing that up. Sorry I may have been irrational but I have been getting hate mail for what seems like forever and others saying on their threads that I too was just a glitch. It hurts but thank you. =) I was sad to see your black hole wasn't up there by the way. I thought it was very well gone and deserved to win.

I have seen you on this forum all week and I personally loved your avi. I think this week didn't turn out the way I had dreamed it would either. I worked very hard on my entry just like everyone else. I had to save up gold to afford it and I thought I had done a decent job. I went through the down voting as well, people can be cruel. It happened, I noticed, went people would post me as a favorite on their topics. But that only encouraged me when people would tell me how much they loved my cosplay. Now, why I am upset, as most of gaia is, is because of the 3rd place winner. I'm not about to say it was unfair that he won, but it was fishy. People are saying it was a glitch which can make sense. But when I worked hard on my avi and fallowed the rules, I thought I deserved what I got. It's a good feeling to read all those nice comments and to see people cheering you on. That's what the arena is all about. I didn't care about the gold or winning, I just wanted to have fun with my cosplay. Now I'm getting hate mail from everyone and people are saying I was just a glitch; a glitch just like the 3rd place winner. It hurts but I don't care, I know I worked hard and I played by the rules. I can tell you I never spent hrs. upon hrs. down voting everyone and with that I am happy to say I believe I deserved to be a winner. It is a shame to of read your post. It sounds like you are hurt by the ordeal. To me you are a winner; no one has ever made that cosplay (it was very original) and very well made. Your description was also very awesome =) So to you K.K I hope you know in your heart that you did something next to amazing with cosplay.

the third place winner won because his avi does not appear in the head shots with the rest of the submissions. it is a glitch that has happened before but did not result in a win like this week. it is a glitch that allowed unfair lack of voting.

but if he didn't place, people would be complaining about first and tenth, who also had the same glitch happen to them.


I too am upset about this but I have you know I was not a glitch. Mine had shown up in the spotlights and random image many times, it was on page 257 and if you read my comments I can assure you those are real people cheering me on. I worked very hard getting enough gold to make this avi and I tried to make it as original as I could. No one had done this cosplay before.. I was also ranging from 5 to 2 for a little while. I had my ups and downs just like everyone else. So please, to say I am a glitch is hurtful and very VERY unfair. Thank you.

what's wrong with cosplays? crying I know they're a little overdone but it is a little fun to pretend if you're good at it hehe
DX I didn't say there was anything wrong with cosplays! I just want the arena to have equal amounts of both. It's always cosplays that have been over done that win. It makes me sad =(
