Ok...Ok... So I was wondering if someone could set up a slide show or video of bits and peaces of AX, in this way it could save some time for asking Qs of wat its like, what type of stuff there is to c. it wouldn't have to b much, a couple minutes worth of vid or pics; who ever does so can either put it on youtube or their own profile so those of us that r curious about the conv can get a peek of wat its like, w/o many Qs involved (if someone asks about it you could provide a link to the video or tell them to chek our ur page, then after they hav done either which asked they can have a few Qs answered or something.

huh? the con started 2day? SOB... I have to read things lil more carefully sometimes (granted, I was supposed to be sleeping and thus I was tired; its still no excuse on my part)... so how is the convention so far? see anything interesting? second thought, does anyone at AX have a vid cam, or are they not allowed?

So... what do u guys plan to do 2marrow, wat events?

I had already visited the site from google, however I didn't see the "deals" tab on the left. That site has quite a few really good deals, including one I would need to get to AX this year; I, however have decided to wait for tomarrow to talk with my parents about going to a convention in general. I decided it's safer to state my wishes (along with the facts of the subject) and not force the decision on the subject, give them enough time to think, discuss and become a little more educated on the subject. I will, however, be going next year; if I save up the amount of money needed over the next three hundred and sixty-five days I'll spend it of my own accord and go, with or without my parents permission. In my opinion, if I have earned the money I should be able to spend it on whatever I (legally) can purchase, I should be able to do with it what I want, without anyones permission.

LOL... I am absolutely sure of how my parents will react to me asking them now! You see I told a friend of mine that I was going to ask my parents if I could go, she was surprised especially after I told her where the convention was going to be held. The price of a plane ticket there cost (according to the site I looked at) over a thousand dollars and it would take from late morning to mid-afternoon, though the planes were scheduled to make two stops along the way, thus the extra cost and time. I found these flights for today (I think; my days are starting to get mixed up), they are one way and depart and arrive at different times. My friend said she paid three hundred and some odd dollars to go to Denver; with this information in mind I shall continue searching until I can find a good price or until it becomes clear that there is no prices in the wanted range (being zero to seven hundred dollars, no more will be acceptable).

Another problem with me going would be that I might only get there by the third day, I've got to check out the official site for more info. It is very possible that I will also be able to make my sister's b-day on the eighth and meet up with my parents (in Florida, that's where my sis is at and where we've already made plans to visit; back to my home town, Tampa, Florida!). I can't wait; I told my sister that I probably wasn't going to make it (to Fl; which she already thought I wouldn't), but I told her I send her a very big present; even if I couldn't make her b-day (whether or not my parents let me go to LA for the weekend), I could still go down and be her surprise b-day present. I couldn't make it last year, but if all goes well, I could be on time this (I'm so exited; I absolutely bursting with energy). Oh, one more thing, the reason why I wasn't on last night but for a few minutes is that my iPod touch battery died; the da#* thing always seems to do that. You know, it takes a bit to get used to the internet on the iPod touch, because when you scroll on a computer you have to move the scroll bar down for down, up for up, et cetera; however with the iPod touch you have to move your finger in the opposite direction that you would scroll on a computer. The number one most complained about feature with the iPhone and the Touch is the keyboard; I've gotten used to it but I still make mistakes and I can't type as fast.

Well, all that's left now is to get my parents to sign off on this, LOL! And that would be the hardest part (especially with the price of airline tickets!).

Ya know... My cousin went to Cali, he may still be there. I could make flight arrangements and have him pick me up at the airport, he could pay my way through the front doors, grab me a few tickets to the Gaia events and presto... I'm in LA. Watcha think, sound like it could work?
