No simpler response than what Kupo said. If you want it to look watercolored, use watercolors. I use Reeves watercolor paint on Canson. Both are student quality and super cheap. Like, 6 dollars for a 24 set of paint tubes. But in case you haven't realized, you aren't going to be any good with any medium unless you practice it a lot and have some knowledge of lighting/color theory.
