Twilight was, quite honestly, boring. So Bella and Edward fell in love, like, at once, and the reasons are not thorough enough -- honestly, Bella smells nice and Edward's hot, hell no. Then they make out, talk, make out...everything's perfect, sparkly, and Mary Sue-tinged.

New Moon was actually okay...until Bella began her whining, and how it was stated that immortality was better than mortality. Oh, come ON. It's so freaking naive.

And, yeah, no conflict. I cheered when action came, but it was resolved quickly and detail-less-ly. Please. No.

Then there's the fangirls -- some of the more addicted (and insufferable) ones are all like "OMG! I'm gonna marry Edward Cullen and have his babies!!" or "OMG! You just did an Edward basherfic! I'm gonna call him and his siblings, and they're gonna come to your house and kick your a**!!" AAAHHHH, HELL NO. Example: Read this fanfiction: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4804250/1/Blonde_I_mean_Edward_jokes Then read the reviews, http://www.fanfiction.net/r/4804250/ The fangirls...augh....

The only thing that's even original about Twilight is sparkling in the sun >__>;;;

In short, I am descending into a fiery hatred for Twilight -- it's inconceptual, it's boring, cliche, and even slightly pathetic as well as ridiculous.

Not that I'm saying no to Twilight fans ^^ Literature is literature, even though some friends and I view it with loathing.
