So many choices! They are all my favorites, but I had to choose an order and why (what episode showed them at their best IMHO).

1. Rarity (after seeing how she was portrayed in "A Dog and Pony Show", that sealed it. Don't mess with her, she will whine your head off! biggrin
2. Pinkie Pie! A very close second, "Party of One"(the fact she can keep up with Rainbow Dash is kind of freaky).
3. Fluttershy ("The Stare Master" and "Dragonshy", our favorite wallflower is not a mare to be messed with).
4. Twilight Sparkle: "Lesson Zero", 'nuf said.
5. Applejack: "The Last Roundup", she keeps her promises even if it hurts.
6. Rainbow Dash: I really like her, but her ego can get in the way. "Hurricane Fluttershy"which shows her as a leader that supports everyone.

Honestly, scores ranged from 99% to 96%, so it's not like I'm throwing somepony to the curb...

Other Ponies:
Derpy Hooves (our favorite mailmare)
The CMC: Some of their episodes were annoying, but I loved "Ponyville Confidential".
Zecora, I would love to see a background story with her.
Lyra and BonBon: Would definitely like to see the studio do something with them together.
Daring Do: Rainbow Dash's alter-ego. Gotta have another Daring Do adventure!
