I gave you another listen, this morning, watched very carefully, and took a look at the original songs. Where it seemed to me the first time that you'd mixed someone else playing in over your video, I noted this time that I could actually hear your strings clicking at the beginning and, after figuring out exactly how much lag your videos had, it was clear that you weren't, in fact, faking it. If I had looked at Idolm@sturb8or, I definitely wouldn't have made that accusation.
So disregard that bit, I suck cocks.
The fact remains, however, that you've got a lot of work to do. It would behoove you to NOT play those songs your wrong way to make it easier on yourself. I use the Demosthenes principle, when practicing. Once you've got something down, you do it with rocks in your mouth. That is to say - try to make it more difficult, not easier, if you do anything, otherwise you just look like a nerd who uses too much distortion to cover his sometimes still apparent flaws. Things you should do follow.
1. Turn down your SKULL CRUSHING DISTORTION. It's difficult to tell what you're doing over what I assume is a BOSS Distortion pedal at around three o clock. You don't sound like you, you sound like a poorly designed box. Take some of that box out of the mix.
2. Practice it like it is. You'll find that, with a little practice, these "amazing" japanese guitarists REALLY aren't as impressive as you think they are, and the task will seem far less daunting.
3. The musician's forum is one of three forums on this site that isn't completely dominated by anime nerds. Good job setting yourself up to get raped by Murphy's law. Anime themes STILL don't impress us. Demonstrations of your own compositional talent and technical skill impress us, and this didn't really do either. Better luck next time.
