Trying to start a J-Rock band

I've been trying for years to start a band but apparently drummers don't exist anymore...I figured I'll try here~

I am currently 19, turning 20 this year, and I mostly play bass, but I can also play piano, cello, and guitar. I've been mostly playing songs by the GazettE but I also like songs by artists like YUI, MARIA, lighter rock types.

Don't got a drummer? Buy a drum machine. In fact, I've seen a Japanese band do this. Create your own drum beats on a computer, and then have that play. If you're able to keep in sync with time, then you should have no problem. I suppose just getting a drummer might be easier, and less expensive. But if you can't find one, improvise.

Everyone, just as a note, once more, I really don't care about gigging at the moment. I just want to play, is that so hard to accept? Its like being in the school band or orchestra; some people just want to be able to play their instrument with others, and I know plenty who dread performing but love rehearsing.
