It sounds like your throat is a little closed up, like you're not sure of your voice.
Kinda nasally, very throaty. You're singing with your head voice it sounds like.
You need to sing with your gut, and once you learn how to do that, work on your tonality.
To sing with your gut, when you inhale, push out your stomach, but not as hard as you can. When you exhale while singing, suck in your gut and then push the remaining air that is left in your chest out AFTER it's out of your stomach. This will give you much more power when singing, and you won't run out of breath nearly as often.
For tonality, all I can say is to be your worst critic. Listen to how other people sing, try to emulate what you hear and then make it your own. That part is pretty simple.
If you want to take singing seriously, I highly suggest joining a singing group, or chorus of some type where you'd have a teacher who can help you.
