what are etudes OwO"
I've always been picky about etudes. I like playing ones that are like all 16th notes (on my cello). Just because it's fun to play surprised

OMG ME TOO! I adore them!!!!!!
I love the Tyrell tuba etudes, Kopprasch tuba etudes (originally for French horn ... whatever) and the Bordogni ( edited by Rochut) trombone etudes.

The Kopprasch is the "scariest" of the bunch because of its sometimes-cryptics instructions, but it does offer a lot to give. The Bordognis are a MUST for any serious musician (not just tuba, trombone or whatever). The Tyrell is totally underrated and is very effective but also very fun. Kopprasch is very rote and dry while Tyrell sets up the fundamental habit-forming to really enjoyable music.
