Arguably cash was rock and roll/ rockabilly. But mostly sticking to music that more resembles actual rock and roll such as punk, rockabilly, rock and roll etc... And... Well honestly I don't like any of those bands.

Foo Fighters not rock? Nirvana? Queens of the Stone Age? Weezer? Green Day? Rise Against? None of those are rock?

and because the dickies.
adderall and alcohol

psychedelic garage rock

holy hell this rules

Valtiel, maybe you can help me out with something. on a local hardcore messageboard a long time ago someone posted a youtube video of a band that was kinda garagey and also pretty blues-rocky. all i remember is the video was live performance and had a weird 60's vibe (like a green screen back drop with psychadelic s**t going on) and also the vocalist was shirtless and had an afro+beard combo i think. pretty sure the band was named something like the toads or the frogs or something. i can't find it for the life of me and i want it because the song was awesome as ********, and i figured you might have at least an inkling to what i'm talking about.

not off the top of my head, but I did find a psychedelic band named toad. did they sound a bit like this?

If not I know someone who might know.

When I looked for the frogs, this is what I found.

Certainly overdue for one. Seems he's mostly been making movie scores with warren Ellis.
