Im listening to it on Youtube....its them live at the Starland ballroom...HES SO GOOD LIVE >.< I WANNA SEE THEM!!!!!! But my friends probably wont go with me cause they llike hate Co&Ca...wait!!! No!! One of my friends kinda likes em....so im making her come with me!!

I don't think he's Al, because as far as I know he dies at the end of A Favour House Atlantic, and Jesse is still alive during Good Apollo. As for when he comes in, I think that would be in Blood Red Summer as it's talking about "even number your nephew," and since Claudio is Jesse's nephew, it would be reasonable to assume that's who the songs talking about.
