after hearing the end of Welcome Home, I assume Travis plays longer/more solos, right?

well dont really know, I suppose so. Final Cut for example has some badass guitar playing, I only heard it live though.
"willing well II" is like a poppy dark song. It has a catchy tune but turns into a dark song. Wake Up is a slow, soft song. There isnt heavy guitars, just slow and soft. Claudio sounds amazing in that song. His voice is so much more clear in this record. Its pretty awesome.

Well according to their interview in Guitar World, Claudio said that The Final Cut is a blues jam in 6l8 and the 2nd half of it is just Travis and him playing solos back and forth, so yeah I guess it sounds like a more progressive technical approach

i think a war between the robots and humans take place....From Fear when he says this line
"Should all good boys die
God at their side, At the grace of his gaze
Though the robot holds none
with only a heart and a mind to comply"

This could be the war breaking out like told in "In Keeping"
The robots are the blood machines....and the above verse from "From Fear" could be comparing what each has to live for.
Also saying what drives each.
God drives the humans...faith to win the war....as for the bots they only go on command and dont have feelings like "faith"
Just a lil theory.

Yea, its like a 6 minute solo..I think.
Live though they take it out longer. I hear a couple of days ago they did a 14 minute solo! eek
