I met Claudio, Travis, and Josh yesterday at the show. I got the pictures to prove it and they will be up later today.

The show rocked, there was alot of energy..they made the fianl Cut Nearly 20 minutes long with a long sick a** solo at the end...then they dropped the blade of the guillotine. This concert was awesome. The best for crowd participation was In keeping secrets which the the song that got the best of me and stripped my throat. See ys guys later. blaugh

Today's date is the 23rd of October. Here is the story thusfar:
I preordered my album in early September.
It was shipped on the 20th of September.
Sent back to Georgia as it wasn't shipped international.
Re-shipped on the 26th of September.
I am still yet to receive it.

Sony Music Store,

It is reaching the end of October and I am still yet to receive or even hear any news about my order. (#966690) Will I actually receive any goods at all or has my $23.98 US dollars found a comfortable home inside your pockets?

I have done some research on this matter and it seems from my perspective you have handled this particular pre-order very poorly. I have read that one individual in the US received 5 orders that were not addressed to him.

I am hoping for a speedy and resolving reply.
