Good God. I haven't missed anything in this thread, have I? Oh well. Nothing too exciting has been goin' on in the CoCa world...

The only thing I'm excited about is the next Amory Wars comic, which is coming out in October...if I do recall correctly. And I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for more news on the preq. album! Dammit! WE NEED UPDATES!!!

So, all Coheed aside, what's been up, my peoples?

The first two albums are ******** great. Good Apollo Vol. 1 was okay. Vol.2.... not so much. The prequal album gives me a little hope, though.
Everyone says that. neutral
IMO Vol. 2 is their 2nd best album, right behind IKSOSE3. I do think Vol. 1 is their worst, though it's still great, but I think Vol. 2 was amazing.

Well, favorite=IKSOSE:3, too. But, my second is Good Apollo 1; Simply because it's the greatest progressive rock album ever conceived. Third is SSTB, because it's still pretty ******** awesome, and fourth is Good Apollo 2, because it seems, now that I compare it to the others, kind of...dry. But, hey, I still love it. I love 'em all. This world would not be the same without them.

If you count progressive metal as the same thing as progressive rock, then I have to disagree on GA:1 being the greatest progressive rock album ever. If you count progressive metal in the mix, then greatest progressive rock album ever would have to be Colors by Between the Buried and Me.

Why? Because they're not that great?

Oh no my friend, quite the opposite.
I would flat out say they're better than BTBAM, but that might start some kind of argument. ninja

I'm not a fan of them really.
They've got some very cool jams goin' but that's all they seem to do is jam.

I understand where you're coming from, man.
Anyway, has anyone fully interpreted the songs from my Brother's Blood Machine yet?

I love coheed and cambria, not like those wanna be welcome home rockband fans either. They annoy me, they are a really awesome band and the concept is hard yet fun to follow. Ten speed ftw. The only thing is Colbat and Calcium don't have everything right >.> I don't think any site has everything exactly correct.

I'm pretty sure Claudio intends the story to be interpreted several different ways, making a "Right or wrong" kind of statement kinda invalid.

I don't believe so.
I heard they're about like, Jesse's trip to some old amish-style village or something ._.

I find something wrong with this situation.....
