Personally, I think that they both were cute when they were younger, but both grew more handsome as they aged. They lost the boyish quality of their looks and became more manly. Nick Cave in particular, who's a walking bucket of testosterone. I wouldn't doubt he gets 5 O'clock shadow at 10 AM.

Nick Cave could totally wail on my a**, no sweat. He seems like the kind of guy that oozes intimadation towards guys and charm to girls. The official badass of goth, because as much as I love Peter, and Ian, and Bob, nobody looks at them and gets scared...to my knowledge. xp

For the most part, I agree. Though, in Cave's case, I find his masculinity rather embracing. Rather than the blown-up, WWE, greased-up hyper-masculine men of Hollywood, Cave comes across as a real man. A guy who can take a punch, not one who cares about how pretty the bruise is.

Nick Cave is soooo manly, makes my heart go pitter-patter.

I just recently got into goth rock and affiliated music. Off the top of my head, the only bands I've listened to more than one song in the genre are Sisters of Mercy, The Cruxshadows, and Siouxsie and the Banshees. I would probably have more, but the discographies are overwhelming. Are there any specific CDs I should look into?

Edit: Forgot Voltaire. I have some Voltaire CDs.

Personally, I'd say go with Subsequent Pleasures and Creatures.
