that sounds like a pretty cool idea.
maybe you shud see how many people(besides this attempt) agree with your idea.

and along with those people try to pitch it to the creators and staff of gaia.

Then maybe we wouldn't have to play games forever and go to arenas and around the site to earn money smile And the job should definitely be like a minigame biggrin
