SOOOO I'm not sure why so many anon gifting, or gift the person above thing is so popular right now but I;ll go with it.
So basically just gift the person above you. No price limit because I think that the whole 1mill+ thing is stupid because so many gaians don't even have that much. Mainly people who are new, or just don't have that much. Like me after buying so many items. xd oh well though!
