Well, I think most minor swear words are not offensive. (Darn, frick, etc. are used in the same way and mean frustration.) As long as you aren't calling other people swear words, I think. I know a lot of Christians who swear, so... I'm pretty sure that swearing isn't very serious. Each to their own.
In Christian Theology, swearing is as serious as murder, or as rape, or as theft, dishonoring your parents, even Idolatry.
Since Christianity holds at the fundamental level that every Sin is equal in weight in the eyes of God.
So try and avoid swearing.
