I wouldn't know specific examples, only possibilities. They could have helped create life, directed evolution at certain stages, answered a few prayers, inspired a holy book or two (whether lies or truth), helped determine planetary weather patterns, created spiders, influenced personalities, sparked epiphanies... Little things that could be chalked up to luck, nature, or the human mind.

It personally makes less sense to me than deities do, and I have felt the presence of one or a few of these deities. I do admit that the feeling could have come from something else, but the only answer I have for it, and what fits, is saying that it was contact with a deity, or at least sensing their presence. Such has only happened when considering changing faiths--each of the three times I strongly thought my views were shifting from atheism, I was researching the topic and had that feeling.

I certainly would like to believe that there is something more. Not a deity necessarily, but some sort of force, conscious or not that set things into motion. However, unless this was proven, I cannot believe it to be so.
