And it still relies on assuming what is valuable, so it doesn't count as "scientific evidence" for what should happen.

Yeah from running over the list it just looks like a bunch of generic positive words. Some of which might even overlap in one way or another. Is the science part them just recording the frequency with which people identify with these traits?

I suspect so, although, it will probably build a case for how they are positive in that they are beneficial to have good relationships and pleasant lives. That still involves a value though.

This particularly website and brand of virtue ethics may not be particularly scientific. I'm more concerned with works such as P. Foot's 'Natural Goodness'.
Science comes from the naturalistic account for sources of good. Science explains the why and which when it comes to seeking virtues.

A virtue to one may be a leash to another. Labels are excellent within any given system for the establishment and continuity of order, but they may or may not apply to any number of systems beyond the system in application.

Is there theoretically a system that encompasses at least all human activity, something like a series of consequences, beyond just the corporeal but extending into the psyche, and into what we call our hearts?

Mmm... good question. As far as, "what we call our hearts," there is little fact beyond the physical and mental functions as recorded by science. However, as an all-encompassing aspect... assuming you were pitching this in terms of virtue... it could set virtue apart from other systems/labels that may be more restricted.

There is definitely a force within our conscience that includes the factors you mentioned; whether they are exclusive to virtues or not in any given system is certainly up for discussion.

I agree smile
Science has no way of explaining our conscious, it's of an entirely different category
