There is no proof to whether God exists or not.
I personally believe in God, but not in an uptight way like most people assume Christians are.

I still read vampire books. I still swear. I still make-out with my boyfriend. I believe that God created all of us, and that he does love all of us. But I do not believe that there are certain things you have to do in order to go to heaven. I believe that if you know God, and love God, and seek forgiveness and understand of Him that you will be fine. Of course, when you love someone, you don't want to do anything that makes them sad. That's what God is saying. He says if you love me, you will NOT murder people, you will NOT steal from people. It's not a rule. For example, when you are in a relationship, it isn't a rule not to kiss someone else, but because you love your signifigant other, you refrain from kissing someone else because you have no desire to hurt them and you really dont even want to kiss someone else. That is like God. Once you love him, you wont want to kill someone else. God is love. Kill is hate. You can't love God and be a murderer.

So if you kiss someone else, that doesn't mean that you're polyamorous, but that you hate one of them?

If you kill, why can you not love God? It may hurt God, but you may be doing it to defend His name, or stopping people against His laws. You're basically saying that if you sin, you don't love God. Murdering and lying are both sins, and aren't they all equal in His eyes?

People are DIEING because of god! He should just show himself and tell us himself that he loves us all... Besides most people say they are descendants of god or jesus and say he talked to them for FAME! I believe "God" is the universal energy all around us, I don't believe in a physical,superior,all-ruling being. . but a collective energy and consciousness. I think it's the natural life-force that strives in all living things. I believe we, ourselves, are "God." Call it whatever you wish.

I believe God exists. I've been taught to believe in Him, and believing in God has always given me hope.
Nobody is forced to believe in God, it takes the initiative to do so. It is is easy to see and believe, but it takes true courage to not see and believe. Proof is what everyone searches for, but what if you can't find it? What if it's meant to be a mystery? Some things are better left that way.
Pain and sufferings are made to strengthen everyone, and to make us learn and become better persons. We all have to learn the hard way, because if we're just told what to do, would you listen?

I don't understand why everyone has to debate this. You either believe or you don't, and no, there is no proof and it's your choice on whether or not he exists in your life. He doesn't even have to exist. You can either chose to accept what God is preaching (if he did tell the writers to create the bible, that's up to you to decide) or you simply disregard it altogether. It doesn't and shouldn't be "Who's right?" all the time. If people want to believe, then let them and if you don't, then don't. It's not that big of a deal.

In my eyes belief in a God is no more logical than belief in a Unicorn. Much like it in their eyes it's the other way round for atheism. All in all it doesn't matter whether a God exists; because he obviously isn't making the world better, that seems to be our job, and ours alone.

Over the time that humanity spoke about god, or a higher being, it's basically about force. So to most people, god is force. Or something that brings miracles threw situations.


I believe, that if I live my days doing good things: It will make my stay better. Sometimes it does, somethings it doesn't, and sometimes I get nothing. Looking back on why I want there to be a god, is so I know where I'll go when I die. And not go burning in eternal sorrow, or fade away into nothingness.

I know I sound kind of story book, but if you think about it: It's true.

for those of you non-believers that only believe in the devil or "satin" heres one thing if theres a devil and it send demons upon us and if you dont believe in god, then is the world just a big o' pile of evil??I'll leave that to you but let me just say this.
