Off the top of my head, one need merely look at an abortion to realize that it is preborn infanticide and hence murder and thus wrong. Yet, if one has convinced oneself that this being that looks like a human person is in fact only a blob of cells, there are plenty of pages talking about why abortion is wrong, plenty of arguments. Consider also "The Apple Argument Against Abortion" by philosophy professor Peter Kreeft.

The nutshell argument condemning abortion (writing it out myself) is simply, "Biological fact: Human life begins at conception. Reason states: Personhood is inherent to the being, not something that can be 'earned'; hence there is no man-made criteria by which something existing becomes a person, hence all human beings are people. Society understands that killing innocent people is a crime, and we call it murder. Putting it all together, human beings are persons at conception and therefore abortion is murder."
