I've studied virtue ethics, and I personally strive to be virtuous, but I am wondering if you can defend your point of view. It is a philosophical discussion, and philosophers do not often take things for granted.
So yes, I am asking why I should be virtuous. Is it better for me in some way? Define better if so.
Or is it just that I should be virtuous because its moral. But then I ask: why should I be moral?

Virtue Of Moderation: Allows you to balance that in which creates stress and that in which relieves stress, promoting an overall increased ability to enjoy life in general. Moderation is the key for balance when many other virtues are considered as well.
