We are all descendants of Adam. Skin darkens with sun exposure, and isolated communities usually adapt to become a certain shade, give or take. Mixing communities gives more or less an 'average' of the two parents' tone.
Biblical ignorance, my friend.
Genesis 11 brings the tower of babel. All people's of the world United together to build this tower that would reach heaven. God saw this and in response changed everyone's language and scattered them across the globe.
Jews are also the descendants of Abraham, who's impact was made post-babel. So no, everyone is not a jew.
It seems as though we can imply israeli Jews to have appeared more or less the same tone. Those who would be black Hebrews at some point must have left Israel. Original Hebrew might not be accurate, as others may have also been around at the time of origin.
