So, I'm late on this, but... like... I believe people are born gay. They can choose to ACCEPT it at some point in time in their life, or deny it, but I think you are born gay/bi/etc. Because I know I didn't just wake up one day and go, "Well, hmm, I am gonna be pansexual today." And none of my other non-hetero friends did either. They say they "just were."

I'm bisexual.
I did not choose to be bisexual.
I was not born bisexual either.

Unless your theory doesn't apply to me because I'm just that ******** special, I think you're wrong.
I think what she was saying is that we choose to accept to be bi-sexual. However at the beginning at her post she did say that people are born gay/lesbian/bi-sexual/transsexual/etc.

Fairly sure it's almost entirely obvious I was responding to the bold.
Your point is...what, exactly? I'm confused.
But you said you didn't choose to be bi-sexual.

-shrug- If I didn't, s/he may have assumed that I meant that sexuality is a choice. (It's happened before.) I was covering my a** in advance.

Sexuality is not sin. smile
I find the concept that humans are "sinful" from the start to be morally repugnant. In fact, sin itself seems an outdated idea for me.
There are such things as "good" and "bad" actions, but the idea that somewhere someone is keeping a tally of all your "bad" actions? That's just goofy.

ok, from what i have noticed.....people who are homophobs (afraid of gays) are the ones most likely to be gay, but are use to hearing the horrible things people say about them, so they down them along with the rest of us. but why should any one care what someone else does in their own home? confused

That study would actually be legit -- er, what people conclude from it -- if men only got erections because they are sexually aroused. Being a man, I can tell you that's not the case.

It is not,simply said it was immoral. Thus, relative to the people of the time, and they judged it as a sin.
