healing shield always messes you up. Be carefful anytime you fight a moga with healing shield activated because you will not be able to kill it.

Yep... couldn't have said it better. Healing shield is pretty nasty sometimes.

If you kill him with a Bonus Attack he won't heal. No problem : P

Wait for the shield to end...

I still don't get it...
It was dead and had no powerups showing in it's HP Tray, yet it still managed to absorb another attack, then attack me.

That doesn't sound like it's part of the game; it sounds like a glitch.

its a common glith though. I somtimes hit whistle-special ability-whistle-attack and that will get rid of "4 rounds" of the healing shield.
