it doesn't say in the quest description, but the NPC tells you when giving you the quest.

Where is Seidh located?

If you are doing valquiries quest (I guess), you can find Seidh anywhere, any spot after the npc has talk you about him.
The npc say you to search, but one spot is as good as any other, if you are patient enough Seidh come out in the spot you are without trawelling to others.
Same with the other valquiries which npc will tell you to search once you have caught Seidh.
