my accuont is not working when i start monster galaxy it just does not load

It is possible that you have the “Disable Third-Party Cookies” set in your browser. If you do, Monster Galaxy will have trouble identifying who you are. To check/change your settings try one of the following steps:

When you do make sure to include the following:
1. Please provide us with the browser name and version you are using
2. The error message and number (if any) you are receiving
3. Does this happen with any other FB account you might have? If you only have one, would you mind creating a new test FB account? This test will be super helpful.
4. Does this issue occur with more than one browser? (if you have only tried one, we ask that you try using another browser just to see if you get the same error)
5. Do other Flash based games work for you as well?
