what moga should be leveled to level 50

seraph is legendary moga with 4 star in atk n def. so difrent with tippy, seraph can kill with shild of thorn n with seraph atk.butt tippy only def n can't atk.

Also, didn't you get ninetails in super spin ? If i had him he would be first on my list to level to 50

yes i did and yes i already have 2 lvl 50 mogas i'm leveling it but its on the lvl 12 now,because i was busy leveling diabao on lvl.50 now i have time to level ninetails to lvl.50

Well since you already have 2 maybe do not focus on one moga anymore and level few slowly

i have 2 level 50 moga also, but i have another 5 level 47-45 and i am taking my time with them , i just use them to collect moga cash

Good point you can't do much with them , i do not use mine much , here are some things you can do :

1) you can use them to master tough nodes if you did not do so already
2) you can use them in PVP lvl 45-50
3) you can use them in neighbor fights to help you level other moga (Ex you want to level lvl 36 moga , you fight neighbor that has 42-43 -40 moga , you send in fight first level 50 he takes out 2 moga and hurts 3rd one , you make sure level 50 moga dies, and your level 36 moga comes in for final blow and collect all of the experience
4) you can do similar thing in citadel tower send it level 50 moga to fight level 39 41 or 43 mogas and when he dies you send in moga that you want to level

it's a good tactic which i use often,but i don't play pvps on lvl.45 up only lower cause most of the players have 3 galactic or legendary mogas which regenerate their hp every single turn that makes me crazy
