I remeber that is in lobster tornado. Fight with your neighboors and use double potions cool

I know where it is. And I got Claus 3x in a row luckily, so my potions are stockpiled to hell.

No it is level 20 smile
Then again i caught ages and ages ago, it's level may have changed but im pretty sure when i caught it, it was lv20.
If it isn't then it is based off your highest moga on the team, or 30 then.
