OK, guys, I will start this thread to share locations/Mogas that drop cards, to see if we can figure out any kind of patterns here LOL. If you guys add what you learn, I will edit this first post to add it so that in time it will become a useful list.
Update: As of 5-20-11, 4:30 am Central time, I have added multiple new locations. Also noticing that it seems to be cutting off the bottom of the list; if that is so then I may have to remove the code that whites out the periods so we may just have to have it look ugly in order to get it all on here. *sigh* all that work for nothing... I will look into ways to post this in a different place if necessary or maybe make a new thread...

Interesting Notes: Some trainers have reported that the longer they stay on one map, the more likely they are to see multiple card drops. Others have reported that the closer their attacking Moga was in level to the Moga it is fighting, the more likely a card drop was. In other words, if your Moga is either equal to or no more than 2 levels above the enemy Moga, it is more likely to drop cards than if you are using a Moga that is way above in levels.
Update: OK, I think I have a clue about one thing... I fought at the Lighthouse for several rounds, using Mogas with 2x or 3x power exchange, no cards at all. But! when I used Mogas with only 'More' rating, or lesser, it dropped a card every time!
Newer Update: I seem to see the same CARDS being dropped at the samer locations but not always the same Moga dropping the card, so I am beginning to believe it is a function of locality rather than the Moga you are fighting. Perhaps both though. Too early to be sure.
