Sunshire-West Summer Road bug?

Ok, so there is this bug that happens almost every time I try to go anywhere in Sunshire where I'll start off from the home area and immediately get stuck at west summer road. I won't go into battle, it will just show my moga hopping over the dot for west summer road like it does when it moves between the areas, only it's stuck. When I refresh the page I will either be in battle at my destination (rarely) or somewhere in spiral cave (even if I didn't want to go there).
Does this happen to anyone else? Its really starting to annoy me.
