it is BS, sometimes its impossible to capture moga, one time i tossed 14 ss on uncommon moga 39% per star seed and nothing

you should limit your star seeds per game

my limit for rare moga is 5ss per game if i do not catch it i will kill it

it's just immensely annoying, and i think u have a point there i shud have stopped at 5 ss.
