Since you complete all tasks and quests on Monster Galaxy, there's one more thing that I think you must do in order to become an incredible Moga Master. You probably have to capture and collect every single Moga, including their evolution forms. It's time-consuming... but it can be done.

I think you didn't get a Congrats because it isn't supposed to be the end yet. they had been saying that they were going to add a little area off sunshire and they haven't finished the cave or the tower yet. saying that you might still not get one anyway.

it may be dead, when i entered, all my neighbours are deleted
