First my neighbors are missing. I know that's being fixed~
But what about PvP? All I get is "Finding a Tamer". Is this common?

well you got to remember its real people your playing with, there is not always someone in your level group trying to do PVP to match with you. but there is a level group wich isnt working, 35-41. saying that it may have been fixed now.
