Problem with Paul.

My task is to catch paul on the southshire bridge. It never gives me the option to catch him. It just keeps saying it is my turn, never lights upto capture him. Is this normal or a glitch?

Are your moga at level 15 or higher? I know you can't catch him if you're lower than him, or you cough up your monies, it sounds like it might be a glitch though

I know I can't catch a moga if I am a lower level but it doesn't even give me the option to try. The middle button only says your turn, never says capture. How can I fix a glitch?

and unless your level is close, it won't give you the option, even if it's a quest. i had to wait to catch paul until after i went to puebliona.

It's normal, I'm also at 13lv. and can't catch him, I must train more -_-
